By accessing or using our website and registration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ### 1. Offered Services Our platform allows users to register for the club, purchase match tickets, view team news, and buy items from our official online club store. ### 2. Registration and Responsibilities - **Information Accuracy:** Users commit to providing accurate, truthful, and updated details during account creation and athlete registration. - **Minor Accounts:** Registration of minor athletes must be completed by their legal parent or guardian, accompanied by a signed parental authorization form. - **Fitness and Safety:** Membership and training participation require submitting a valid medical certificate verifying athletic fitness for volleyball. The club disclaims any liability for injuries occurring outside supervised official sessions or due to undisclosed medical conditions. ### 3. Code of Conduct and Ethics Registered members must respect the athletic values of Mouloudia Tiznit, the ethical charter of the Royal Moroccan Volleyball Federation, and demonstrate respect for coaches, referees, teammates, and opponents. Unsportsmanlike conduct or actions damaging the club's reputation may result in expulsion without fee refund. ### 4. Financial Transactions and Store Ticket purchases and merchandise orders are processed according to the rates and terms listed on the site. Payment of annual membership fees is mandatory to maintain active membership and participate in official tournaments. ### 5. Intellectual Property All content featured on this website (text, logos, images, videos, code) is the exclusive property of Mouloudia Tiznit Volleyball Club or its content providers. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited. ### 6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the **Court of First Instance of Tiznit, Morocco**.
